Nozzle Jamming Problem
Cause :
Steps to clean the Nozzle
Cause 1
Check the Nozzle head fan . If the Nozzle head fan is not working then change the fan first then again preheat the nozzle and clean the nozzle via needle as shown in below steps.
1. Heat the Nozzle up to 220 degree
Go to prepare option and select the preheat.
2.Wait for 5-10 min which is block and wait until it gets heat
3. When the nozzle heated,take out the Teflon tube from the nozzle head
4. Take the 12 cm long needle. As shown in figure below
5. Put the needle into the nozzle filament head and put it very gently.
6. After cleaning the nozzle then put the Teflon tube again.
After Cleaning the nozzle start your job again

Cause 2
Temperature issue
Some time we don't know the exact temperature of polymer and we heat the nozzle on random temperature. So then filament is break into the head.
