Cause


  • SMPS issue


Step to Solve

Over voltage error as shown in figure

In Aha Star and Aha prime there will be two power Supply.
So check the output voltage from both the power supply simultaneously as shown in figure.

After that check the Both Output voltage should be 24.4V. If the SMPS output is more then 24.4V for example 31V it means SMPS is damage you need to change that SMPS as shown in figure below :

After Installation of new SMPS , just check the output of the New SMPS , New SMPS voltage should be 24.4 V or 24V. as shown in figure below :
